Accent takes on translation into 27 languages
Accent works on translating an ethics compliance brochure into 27 Languages for a Fortune 100 client. The document is an employee Code of Ethics manual to be translated and formatted by Accent. This is the largest number of languages translated by Accent for a single document.
Accent finishes second terrorist translation
Accent completes its second major translation related to the 9/11 terrorist attacks. This time the translation is into French and covers 400 pages of the amended civil complaint against those financially supporting the terrorist activities.
Accent Awarded State of Connecticut contract
Accent was awarded the State of Connecticut – Judicial Department contract for Translating and Interpreting services for a two-year period beginning February 1, 2003. This contract consists of more than a dozen languages and covers all courthouses and judicial offices throughout the State.
Accent completes Multi-Media project
Accent delivers Benefit Enrollment materials for one of the largest entertainment companies in the world. The materials are produced in Spanish and English including narration in CD/Cassette format and in desktop publishing format for their employees.
Accent delivers Medical Web Translations
Accent completes Transcribing and Translating of Medical lectures supporting 7 hours of web broadcast for the American College of Surgeons. The lectures were made available in both Spanish and English, in written and audio format, to facilitate the continuing medical education requirements for physicians unable to attend the lectures in person.
Accent translates Documents relating to 9/11 Attacks
Accent proudly translates 500 pages (140,000 words) of a civil complaint against those financially supporting the September 11th, 2001 Terrorist attacks. The English complaint was translated into Arabic and completed within a three-week timeframe.
